Delivery
When we have an item in stock we always try to dispatch all orders received within 3 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. Please allow 5 working days from purchase before contacting us.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with the products you have chosen, so if for any reason you are not, you may return them to us within 28 days and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund (less postage and packing). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The product you return must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no marks on the items or the tags.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid returns authorisation number (RAN). We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent or a valid RAN.
Please notify us of your intention to return a product, by e-mailing RAN-request@tglets4men.co.uk, and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number RAN number. Our returns authorisation numbers (RAN) carry a 14-day expiry date. Credits will not be issued against RAN's that have expired and goods will be subsequently refused.
All returned goods must be suitably packaged and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged. For customer security we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. They should reach us within 28 days with a completed returns form which can be downloaded here stating clearly whether you require a refund or an exchange. Further postage charges may apply for exchange requests.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Goods
For deliveries received in a these conditions, a claim must be lodged with our Customer Services team via email within 3 working days to be valid. Any credits or replacements will only be issued upon receipt of goods and a full inspection, normally within 3 working days. Replacement goods will be dispatched free of charge. Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until we receive the original item.
For goods returned due to a change of mind and therefore not wanted, a full refund of the value of the goods will be made, less postage. For exchanges, a discresionary decision would be made on whether a further delivery charge is necesary.
Your right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
International Delivery
We are able to deliver to countries outside the UK but you will first have to email customer services (
customerservices@tglets4men.co.uk) for a delivery price quote before placing your order. Your email should include your full postal address and the quantity to be ordered.
